This country house, situated on the outskirts of Santa Maria del Camí, in the Coanegra Valley, is only 23 kms from the town of Palma. The property is composed of three floors: The ground floor includes an entrance hall, a living room, a small porch with a fireplace, and a wood stove. In addition, there are two kitchens (one new), a dining room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a garage with a lavatory. The first floor leads to a generous terrace with a porch, and it contains a lavatory, a large living room and 4 bedrooms, one with its own terrace. This floor also features a small inner courtyard with a fountain. The third floor consists of a small loft. One of the notable features of this property is a private drinking water supply, delivered to the house via two canals, one of which was the original power source for the water mill. The other canal circumvents the house and creates a charming water feature. This water source is supported 9 months of the year, from November to July, accumulating 60,000 litres during winter and spring. For the drier months of the summer, a well was excavated near the house to provide water when needed. This has a depth of about 120 m3: its water is of excellent quality, and can deliver up to 2000 litres an hour. The house is solar powered, and provides hot water and central heating.
